Four organizations such as Action with communities in Rural Kent from UK, Slovak Disability Council from Slovakia, Seniors Handicapés Européens from France and Fundación Diagrama from Spain. Sharing experiences will increase, not only the quantity, but the quality of our knowledge.

Action with communities in Rural Kent

Action with Communities in Rural Kent is a Registered Charity established in 1923 and is one of 37 Rural Community Councils in the UK. Every county has an RCC whose main objective is to ensure that people living in rural communities are not disadvantaged through geographical location.

Slovak Disability Council

Slovak Disability Council (SDC) was established as the umbrella organisation of disabled persons’ organisations to promote their common interests at national and European levels.

Diagrama España

Fundación Diagrama Intervención Psicosocial is a not for profit organization which has been working on a national and international scale since 1991 with people in conflict and/or social difficulty. It received the Special Consultative Status at the United Nations Social and Economic Council and is a member of the NGO Conference holding consultative relations with the United nations in recognition of its work and background.

Seniors Handicapés Européens

Seniors Handicapés Européens is an association that works with older people with disabilities in situations of dependency, considered as a self-help group.
